Since November 25th I ordered a water bottle from your website and now it’s December 13th and I still haven't received it with no notifications or delivery updates. Very poor service I am receiving with no information whatsoever regarding my delivery package. And on the website, it mentioned 4-day delivery it’ll take, but up to now still haven't received it.
