RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

PLEASE CHECK all goods immediately upon delivery to ensure you are happy with the quality. We are proud of the Choose Alt brand, and we want you to be happy with your Choose Alt purchase. If there is a problem with your order please email sarah@choosealt.com immediately after receiving the order.

WE DO NOT accept returns for any third party vendors that sell our products. All sales with third party vendors must be settled where the purchase was made, this includes third parties selling online (such as amazon).

If your purchase appears damaged or you have received the wrong order, please let us know within 30 days from the day your order is shipped. All supplement and accessory items apply to our 30-day return policy and shipping will be paid for by Choose Alt for returning damaged or wrong items shipped. All other returns or exchanges are subject to shipping being paid for by the customer if customer has contacted Choose Alt before the 30th day of the policy.

Custom orders
ALL custom orders items are non-refundable.
